Traditional Vietnamese noodle soup. Rice ribbon noodles in a fresh vegetable broth made with ginger, onions, star anise and cinnamon. Served with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables, finished with cilantro and scallions.

Spicy marinated tofu with chili and lemongrass sautéed briefly on rice noodles. Served with crisp lettuce, green papaya salad, roasted peanuts, fried onions and a lime-ginger vinaigrette.

Crispy vegan "shrimp" with fresh seasonal vegetables. Served with a creamy Peanut-Coconut milk sauce on rice.
